Shipping and Handling:
All gifts are shipped from our chocolate kitchen in Saugerties, NY by USPS. In the winter months (Oct - Mar), customers may choose from overnight and priority delivery (up to 3 business days). In the warmer weather (Apr-Sept) we ship express mail (overnight) in an insulated package with ice packs. Shipping costs will reflect this.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
We can ship to PO boxes during winter months. Unfortunately, chocolate melts very easily. We would prefer not to ship to PO boxes during summer months.
Is there a shipping guarantee?
We guarantee that your gift will arrive in perfect condition and that it will delight the gift recipient. However, if for any reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.
