Shipping and Handling:
All gifts are shipped from our chocolate kitchen in Saugerties, NY by USPS or United Parcel Service. In the winter months (Oct - Mar), customers may choose from overnight, 2nd day and standard delivery (up to 5 business days). In the summer months (Apr - Sep), chocolate must be shipped overnight in a special insulated box, add $25 for up to 3lbs.

Can you ship to a PO box?
We can ship to PO boxes during winter months. Unfortunately, chocolates melt fairly easily. We would prefer not to ship to PO boxes during summer months.

Above 1 lb. - By weight

Is there a shipping guarantee?
We guarantee that your gift will arrive in perfect condition and that it will delight the gift recipient. However, if for any reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply return it to us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund.

Can orders be shipped to an APO/FPO address?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Will you hold the order and ship it at a later date?
Yes. Before adding an item to your shopping cart, the webstore will prompt you for a delivery date. We will ship the chocolates to arrive on or near that delivery date.
