Our biscottis are crunchier than average. The difference? It's the spelt flour. Spelt is a form of wheat which is softer and has a weaker gluten which makes our biscotti deligthfully crunchy. Whether you have a sensitivity to wheat or not, it's a delicious treat!
Spelt Biscotti
Contains an assortment of Almond, Chocolate Chip, Cranberry and Plain including 3 biscotti which are 1/2 dipped in our special dark chocolate.
