RASPBERRY
Dark chocolate, sweet cream & raspberry puree in a deep chocolate ganache dipped in 70% organic chocolate and topped with freezed-dried raspberry powder.

POWERFUL POMEGRANITE
Rich, intense, and flavorful. Enrobed in 70% dark chocolate.

FRESH MINT
An organic white chocolate ganache infused with a mint puree for a strong and snappy mint flavor enrobed in 70% organic dark chocolate.

MILK CHOCOLATE
These were made to satisfy the non-dark chocolate lovers with the essential creamyness of milk chocolate.

VANILLA
Like the vanilla pudding Mom used to make (not the instant kind). And, it's double-vanilla... the white chocolate we use has vanilla beans added, then we infuse more Mexican vanilla into the ganache.

SOUR LEMON
A fresh lemon truffle with the slight bitterness of lemon zest and a mouth puckering tart finish. Dipped in 70% dark chocolate

CHIMAYO CHILE
Dark chocolate ganache with just a warming hint of chile. The flavor comes from the famous chili peppers grown in Chimayo, New Mexico. Dipped in 70% organic dark chocolate and decorated with a patch of Chimayo chile powder.

PISTACHIO CARDAMON
White chocolate ganache infused with cardamon and ground pistachios, topped with a perfect roasted green pistachio. This one has a definite East Indian flavor. Not for the unadventurous palate.

ESPRESSO
Dark chocolate and bitter espresso enrobed in 70% organic chocolate. Don't eat too many of these before bed!

ORANGE
Dark chocolate ganache infused with the bright citrus flavor of fresh orange. 

PASSION FRUIT
Tart passion fruit puree infused into dark 70% chocolate ganache. The flavor is still quite available and bright.

SOUR CHERRY ALMOND
Actually a bon-bon, it is composed of 3 layers—a layer of dark chocolate ganache sandwiched between almond paste and ground sour cherries. Dipped in 70% organic bitter chocolate and topped with a dried sour cherry.

DARK DUSTED COCOA
The classic. Dark chocolate ganache enrobed in dark chocolate and dusted with unsweetened cocoa.

COCONUT CREAM
Grownup version of a famous candy bar—only better. Coconut, cream, coconut milk & coconut lliquor dipped in dark chocolate with a crunchy toasted almond on top.

GINGER
Ground fresh ginger, fresh cream and dark chcocolate, dipped in 70% chocolate topped with a piece of crystallized ginger

AGAVE SWEETENED
These deep dark truffles are made of dark chocolate, sweet cream and agave syrup. Agave syrup has a lower glycemic index and is metabolized more slowly than sugar. With mixed walnuts or dark dusted with cocoa. Also available in Chimayo Chile.
