Rae Stang - Chef
Lucky Chocolates chef and owner, Rae Stang, has been involved in the love of food and food preparation most of her life, since her first lemonade stand.
Her cooking career has included running a macrobiotic kitchen in Vermont, ranch cooking in Arizona and Wyoming, flipping pancakes in Phoenicia, NY and opening the Bluebird Cafe and Night Spot in Shandaken, NY.
She is now bringing her experience to Lucky Chocolates to create an eclectic mixture of ideas to make "the best chocolate your ever ate"!
